WRITERS WORKSHOP - POSTPONED, DATE TBA
The Cather Foundation, with support of the Nebraska Arts Council, will host a week-long writer's workshop in Red Cloud for new, beginning, or experienced wirters and teachers. The workshop will cover a range of categories: fiction, non-fiction, poetry, biography, autobiography, memoir, and essay. Participants will have a chance to explore the Willa Cather Memorial Prairie, share their experiences through writing and discussions, and gain insight into the art and craft of creative writing from the residency writer, Lorraine Duggin. The week will conclude with a reading and reception in the Opera House! $50
