CATHER CENTER BOOK CLUB The 2007-2008 Cather Center Book Club will take a new turn in keeping with the planned 2008 Willa Cather Spring Conference theme, “Cather and her Contemporaries,” scheduled for June 5-7, 2008. The group will be combining selections from Cather’s works and selections from THE BIG READ, sponsored by the National Endowment for the Arts.* The Book Club will be led by Cather Foundation Education Director Cindy Bruneteau and Executive Director Betty Kort. We’ll meet in the GALLERY of the Cather Center at 4:30 p.m., usually on the second Wednesday of each month. Please join us!
