The Willa Cather Foundation receives and relies upon charitable donations for the support and operation of historic buildings, tours, and programs. As a nonprofit organization, tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) and section 170 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, all donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. The Willa Cather Foundation offers planned giving instruments such as Charitable Gift Annuities, Charitable Remainder Trusts, Charitable Lead Trusts, Endowment Fund Gifts, Life Insurance Gifts, Wills and Bequests.
