One-Day Bus Tour to the National Willa Cather Center

For the first time, this popular one-day tour is being offered on two dates—including a Saturday option!

Spend a full day in Red Cloud, Nebraska, the hometown of Pulitzer Prize-winning author Willa Cather. This one-day tour brings Cather’s world to life as you travel through the “Divide” described in O Pioneers!, visit the Willa Cather Childhood Home, and explore other historic sites and landscapes connected to My Ántonia.

Registration Options

The all-inclusive bus package is $195 per person and includes round-trip transportation from Omaha or Lincoln, lunch and dinner, guided tours of historic sites, admission to permanent exhibits, and a special viewing of materials from the National Willa Cather Center archives.

A commuter option is available for $95 per person for guests who prefer to travel to Red Cloud independently. The commuter package includes daytime tour activities and lunch but does not include bus transportation or dinner.
