Red Cloud Opera House Auditorium & Upper Lobby

  • Auditorium and Lobby: $500 (Seating capacity of 180)
  • Lobby only: $150
  • Set-up fee: $75
  • Clean-up fee: $75


Gallery

(Art Gallery is not available for rent during business hours.)

  • Up to 49 guests - $150  (please note 49 is maximum capacity for a seated dinner event)
  • 50 to 95 guests - $250
  • Clean & Set-up fee: $75

Technical Systems

The Red Cloud Opera House offers professional lighting, sound, and video projection systems.

  • Sound - $30
  • Video projection - $30
  • Piano tuning - $30
  • Stage lighting - $30

Kitchen

  • Use of kitchen: $50 (warm and hold only)
  • Coffee pots: $10/each
  • Linen tablecloths: $50

Bar & Concessions

The Red Cloud Opera House is happy to open our bar/concessions for your event and will work with you if you have any special requests. Please note that no outside alcohol is allowed to be brought into the Red Cloud Opera House.


Use of facility for Performances

  • Red Cloud Public Schools: $75 janitorial fee per half day
    Students must be supervised at all times - One free rehearsal
  • Non-Profit Fee: 20% of gross ticket sales or $150 per event, whichever is greater. One free rehearsal.

Schedule Exclusive Group Packages

  • A dinner or reception in the Gallery- Price per person varies - Dine on your choice of entrees; dessert, & beverages amidst beautiful artwork. Enjoy your choice of specialty wines, brew, or champagne.
  • Business Package- Price per person varies - Let us plan your next meeting~ Breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack.
    Leave the food and refreshments to us.
