Because of the generosity of new volunteer Leroy Maruhn, we were able to get much accomplished in 2020 at our historic sites.

With today's rare "Christmas Star" alignment of Jupiter and Saturn, we share this beautiful letter in our Collections & Archives.

A longtime friendship between artist and patrons led to the donation of a special painting to our collection.

Both small business owners in Red Cloud, Don and Teri Theobald live in one of the Willa Cather Foundation's Moon Block apartments and often volunteer at the Red Cloud Opera House.

The Willa Cather Foundation seeks an outgoing and enthusiastic individual who values literature and the arts to fill a Program Associate role. This position is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the museum and arts fields by joining the team of a collaborative and visionary nonprofit organization.
