“She was nearly as strong as I”: Being Woman in the Workplace

Come to the August meeting of the Panhandle Business and Professionals for a special session on the life and work of Willa Cather. This is a great opportunity to learn more about Cather and about a vibrant women’s organization in Scottsbluff, NE.

Auditions for the Missoula Children's Theatre production of Alice in Wonderland will be held at the Red Cloud Opera House on Monday, July 30. No advance preparation is necessary. Roles are available for those entering 1st through 12th grades. While there is no guarantee that everyone who auditions will be cast in the play, approximately 50-60 local students will appear in the show. Students wishing to audition must arrive by the scheduled starting time and stay for the entire two-hour session.

Join us for light hors d’oeuvres, drinks and conversation with Margaret Berry, whose work is on display at the National Willa Cather Center.
